Westminster Tutors has been successfully preparing students for entry to the top schools and universities for 75 years. Students of all ages come here to get extra help from expert and highly qualified tutors who can make a critical difference to their education.

We are rightly proud of our tutors, who make the college what it is today. Over half of our current tutors are Oxford or Cambridge graduates; a third hold PhDs or are PhD candidates; and a quarter are either examiners or university lecturers.
We tailor our teaching to meet the individual student’s needs and can provide specialist tuition for GCSE and A level (all examination boards), Common Entrance and scholarship exams, Oxbridge, and university admissions tests such as BMAT and LNAT. 

Revision Courses

We can arrange anything from a couple of hours of specialist support to full-time intensive revision programmes which run for a week or more.
We offer a full programme of revision courses during the Christmas, Easter and summer holidays, and over each half term. Please contact the College Secretary to discuss your requirements.

Oxbridge, Interview and Admissions Test Preparation

We offer tailor-made Oxbridge preparation for the whole admissions procedure. Westminster Tutors has always specialised in Oxbridge preparation, and we continue to lead the field by selecting highly qualified and engaging tutors from all disciplines.

We also provide interview preparation for all highly competitive degree courses (Oxbridge, Medicine, Dentistry, Law etc) and test preparation for university admissions tests (BMAT, LNAT, HAT, ELAT, STEP, TSA, etc).

Degree Level Tuition

Over the last few years we have had more and more demand for tuition at this high level. We have provided tuition and devised revision courses for students from many universities, including Oxford, UCL, Imperial, St Andrew's, Durham, King's College London, and Nottingham.

Private Tuition and Revision Fees 2009- 10

All lessons must be paid for on the day or in advance.
Individual tuition up to and including to A level standard:
Standard rate- £56 per hour
Block of 10 or more hours paid for in advance- £52 per hour

Individual tuition for university purposes:

Preparation for Oxbridge entrance- £60 per hour

University interview/ admissions test preparation- £60 per hour

University level tuition- £60 per hour

Shared Private Tuition:

2 students- £34 per hour per person
3 students- £28 per hour per person
4 students- £22 per hour per person
