Tube Strike

Jun 5, 2022

The tube strike planned for Monday 6th June is going ahead. The college will still be open and A level exams will continue as normal. Our guidance is as follows:

Students taking A level exams on Monday. Fortunately, there are no morning exams, so the only session will be at 1pm. Please allow lots of extra time getting here. As far as we know, buses will still be operating – although it is likely traffic will be poor. Likewise, if you are being driven in or taking a taxi make sure to plan for busy roads.

Students taking mocks on Monday morning. We will still be having the 10am session. However, if it is incredibly difficult getting in please let us know and we can reschedule your mock to another time.

All other students and teachers. As ever, our preference is for in person lessons. However, you are welcome to request online lessons if travelling in is difficult.

Students taking A levels on Tuesday morning. Although the tube strike is 24 hours, they expect disruption to continue on Tuesday morning. As above, please allow lots of extra time getting here.
